"Support was genuinely helpful"
My Accu-Chek meter wasn’t syncing, and I had no idea if I had messed something up or if it was just acting weird. It was a little frustrating, especially when you’re just trying to keep track of your health stuff like a responsible person.
I reached out to support and they got back to me quickly. The person who helped me was patient, kind, and didn’t make me feel silly for asking questions, which I really appreciated. They walked me through it step by step, and now it’s working fine. Just decent, respectful help when you need it.

"Quick shipping, but I’d expect it to stay that way"
I ordered from accu-chek.com and it actually showed up faster than I expected. The tracking updated fine, and the box arrived in good shape with no issues. Nothing over the top, just simple, hassle-free shipping. As long as it stays this smooth, I’ll keep ordering, but if it starts getting delayed or messy, I’d probably look somewhere else.

"Reliable meter overall, with one preventable annoyance"
I’ve been using my Accu-Chek meter for a while now, and overall it’s been really dependable. The readings are usually consistent, and I haven’t had any issues with the strips. My only gripe is that the app syncing can be kind of frustrating at times, which feels preventable. Other than that, it’s been a solid meter for me.

Umm, it tracks my readings well overall. The app itself is fine—not amazing, but it does what I need it to do.

"Works, but something feels a bit off"
The site mostly does what it’s supposed to, but I found myself taking longer than expected to find some meter info. Pages loaded fine, so that wasn’t the issue, it just feels a little cluttered and not super clear in a few spots. Nothing terrible, but something about the layout feels a bit off. Overall, it’s okay.

"Most of the time my readings are really..."
Most of the time my readings are really close to what I get back from the lab, so I trust it for everyday use. I did have one odd batch of strips where the numbers seemed off, and I immediately assumed the whole thing was unreliable, but it turned out to be just that batch. Overall, it’s been solid for me.

I mostly use Accu-Chek to order my test strips, and it’s been fine in that way that just makes life a little less annoying. They’re usually in stock, and reordering isn’t a big ordeal, which is kind of the main thing for me. There was one time the strips I needed were out for a few days, and I really did not love that. It just felt frustrating. But overall, it keeps me from having to go all over to different pharmacies, so I’m happy with it. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Test strips were actually priced fairly"
The test strips didn’t cost nearly as much as I expected. The prices were reasonable, so I can’t really blame whoever runs this for that part

"App works well for me most of the time"
I’ve been happy with how the meter connects to the app. Most days it syncs without any trouble, and while I did have to reconnect it once or twice, it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it’s been simple to use and does what I need.

"A bit hard to figure out"
I had a hard time finding what I needed, and the menus felt kind of confusing to me. Maybe it was designed by people who already knew exactly where everything was supposed to be, but as a regular user I felt a little lost.
